Dashboard and Analytics

Overview of the dashboard metrics, trend charts, and setup readiness widget.

The Dashboard is your studio's performance overview. It shows appointment numbers at a glance so you can spot busy periods, slow weeks, and growth trends without digging through your calendar. New studios see a setup guide here first — analytics appear once real appointment data is ready.

Accessing the Dashboard

Click the Home icon (or your studio name) at the top of the sidebar to go to the Dashboard.

Key Metrics

The dashboard shows four metric cards:

CardWhat it shows
Appointments this weekTotal appointments for the current week
Appointments this monthTotal appointments for the current month
Last week totalCompleted appointments in the previous week
Last month totalCompleted appointments in the previous month

Each card includes a percentage change compared to the prior period so you can see at a glance whether you're up or down.

Weekly Appointments Comparison Chart

A bar chart comparing appointment volumes across recent weeks. Use it to identify patterns — busy periods, slow stretches, and week-over-week growth.

Monthly Trend Chart

A longer-range chart showing appointment volume over recent months. This helps you see seasonal patterns and overall growth direction.

Setup Readiness Widget

If your studio is new or not yet fully configured, a setup readiness section appears on the dashboard instead of the analytics charts. It prompts you to choose how you want to get started:

  • Start fresh — create your services, team, and availability step by step.
  • Import your book — bring your existing client list, services, team, and appointment history into BukaTime.
  • Get migration help — have BukaTime help move your records and protect important client history.

Select a path and follow the next-step prompt that appears. Analytics charts will show once appointment data is in.

Installing BukaTime as a Mobile App (PWA)

If you are using BukaTime in a mobile browser, a prompt may appear to Add to Home Screen. This installs BukaTime as a progressive web app (PWA), giving you an app-like experience without downloading from an app store.

  1. Tap the Install button in the notification that appears.
  2. Confirm on the browser or OS dialog.
  3. BukaTime appears on your home screen and launches like a native app.
